Agreement to Terms

All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We'll always give you a clear estimate before starting any work.
Quotes and Pricing
When you request a quote through our website or by phone, we'll provide you with an estimate based on the information you give us. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, material availability, and any changes you request during the project. We'll always discuss any pricing changes with you before proceeding with the work.
Payment Terms

Scheduling and Cancellations

Property Access and Preparation
You're responsible for ensuring we have clear access to the work area. This includes removing any obstacles, securing pets, and marking any underground utilities. We'll discuss specific preparation requirements during your consultation. Your cooperation helps us complete the work safely and efficiently.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our work. Specific warranty details will be provided in your service agreement. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers. Our workmanship warranty covers installation quality, and we'll address any issues that arise from our work. Normal wear and tear, weather damage, and damage caused by others are not covered.
Limitation of Liability
We carry appropriate insurance and take every precaution to protect your property. However, we're not liable for damage to underground utilities that aren't properly marked, pre-existing property conditions, or events beyond our reasonable control. We'll work with you to resolve any issues that arise.
Permits and Compliance
You're responsible for ensuring your fence project complies with local regulations, HOA rules, and property line requirements. We can advise you on typical requirements, but you should verify these with your local authorities. We'll help you understand what permits may be needed for your project.
